This was reported in the Telegraph earlier today, I do feel the day of rebellion by the ‘local’ population is just around the corner, this country, mainly the Judiciary, have gone completely mad, it is about time we rebelled.

Liz, the”riots ” were rebelling about illegal immigrants, after the Southport tragedy and Starmmer called them “ far right” and jailed them for longer period than say evil sex offenders.

If his ptsd is so bad coupled with his dangerous behaviour the obvious action is to section him at a secure facility.

Brian, surely that would also ‘breach his human rights’ also if he was sectioned I bet he would still be allowed to claim benefits as is the person who murdered the 3 people in Nottingham, to my mind that is all wrong.

His PTSD can be argued has made him unstable. I would rather have him there than on the streets.

Brian, this person should go to jail regardless of his human rights, what about the human rights of the person he attacked don’t they count, the Judiciary are making themselves more and more disliked for making decisions like this.

He needs to be off the streets. If prison is taken off the table, sectioning through his ptsd and dangerous behaviour is the only other option. If he is out they'll have to have police protection on him for fear of reprisals. That will cost a fortune. Whether we like it or not if you can't get him.iff the streets one way you have to look at others. It's not mollycoddling him it's protecting the public.

I hope that eventually this person is sent back to Syria, Assad’s Regime is no longer so back to Syria he should go.

Yes, he is kept in a secure unit until repatriation the only thing will be if any of his children have been born in the UK he will never be returned to his own country.

I know Liz. Detention in any form seems to be the best option.
