Excellent, although here in the USA I had to listen to it on BBC radio as I didn't have the premium channel to watch it.

Amen. A Prayer was finally answered .
Credit Liverpool they accepted we were better, Stan Wears we have suffered at their hands including 1974 where this run of defeats started, including KK.
But a great City and fans as our the Toon!

I was around when NUFC won the cup in 1951/52/55 and one of those years (1952) I saw it for the first time on TV from the far away Holme Moss mast as I now know that Pontop Pike wasn't broadcasting then so the picture was in and out at best.
Even then it could only have been the second half I sawbecause the first wasn't broadcast.
Mainly in those days we saw it a few days later on Pathe News in the local cinemas.
