Anyone recognise which ship it is being launched?

The Vista was the last job my late husband worked on before we moved South to Hampshire 1973

It looks to me that like the launch was at the Walker Naval Yard and yes it’s a passenger vessel.

The ships name? It looks a long one but cannot make it out!

Why the Naval Yard! Just the layout of the cranes to the right are they around the bend toward the BIG crane.

This should have been posted at 13.00 but internet went down and then we went out.
