Relive all the golden days -
The good years that you had
Those who have loved
Then shared such joy
Are fortunate indeed
Preserve it close
Next to your heart
For what was then
Will always be

I have been asked if John White has had poems published with them being so good.
But I dont know and will leave it upto John to reply.

Thanks for the comments.Some years ago a friend
organised a publication for me.It was only intended
for friends and relations, but I had some extra
copies printed and given to the local church
who would keep all the proceeds.There
were quite a few printing errors in it,but as far as I know
nobody asked for their money back !

On a different tack,I have written several poems
about William Jobling and his wife Isabella
I believe some northern writer has done the
same.I would be interested in reading
this if possible.
