I just wonder when the time will come when all asylum seekers will just get rubber stamped as they step of the RNLI and Border Force Taxi service, totally ridiculous, these judges should be removed immediately.

Liz, I agree. Can anyone remember when we were younger, Judges, stopping governments who were voted into power, being told they could not remove illegal people from this country. It all started when we signed in to Human Rights law by Tony Blair. Now it seems the judges rule not the government. The law laws could be trusted more than these left wing judges.

I get absolutely furious when I see that useless lying Starmer on TV. He is total embarrassment to this country & the other Countries leaders know it but just play along.
These invaders intend taking this country off us eventually & none of them want to be English.

My husband has just read out to me something from the Telegraph - apparently deporting a migrant can’t happen because it would cause him stress, what about our stress levels having to read all of this nonsense, about time all immigration legal or otherwise was stopped!!!

Dystopian is the word for the world we live in!! I despair. I look at my Grandchildren and think of their future hopes or lack of!

I thought these Human Rights matters were CONVENTIONS.....meaning they are only agreements..... They are NOT LAWS as only the British Parliament can pass Laws pertaining to Great Britain.

Steve, Tony Blair signed the Human Rights into British law. It’s makes the judges (Tony’s wife and mates) above governments. People don’t really realise the way he destroyed this country. We didn’t need Human Rights law, we have Magna Carta,.

Magna Carta ...SHOULD... take precedence, it is the basis for nearly all Laws and Statutes WORLDWIDE......at least for the sensible democratic ones.

You are correct Steve, but Tony Blair's Labour government change it by getting rid of the Law Lords and putting Judges in their place. Judges he could rely on, like the retired Northern Ireland Judge that was chosen and cleared him and others into the enquiry about the Iraq War, the death of Dr Kelly etc. Journalists came out of the enquiry, questioning if they were in the wrong room. It was such a white wash.
