Remember the piece of local history I posted recently about the German bomber pilot passing my relatives house 'Tyne View Tce' in 1940 & the Pilot waved to my uncle George Dent?. I found out more about the bomber's mission & decided its interesting local history so a couple of weeks ago I sent it to the Chronicle & the Shields Gazette. People without computers can then read it. Well Ive just spotted it in the Gazette online so click the LINK if you'd like to read it.
