Angel Rayner and the Birmingham Bin Strike

The Telegraph have reported the AR is going to call in the Army to ‘smash’ the bin strike in Birmingham, personally I don’t think the Army should be used for this kind of thing, it is not what these people signed up for, if the Government want young able bodied men, I believe we have about 100,000 of them that could and should be used for this - they are called Asylum Seekers, Illegal Immigrants, Invaders, call them what you like it is all the same thing.

The other thing is AR supposedly received £10k from the Union behind these bin strikes, personally I think she should be forced to had back this money, but being a hypocrite I doubt that she will.

Unfortunately Liz, it’s at the stage of health and safety for the area. I think if the Army are called to help, the government should make sure all the Labour Council should be made to resign. They are not fit for office.

At the risk of being shouted down. Mrs Thatcher would have not let it get this far.😊

The Army are providing logistic support not clearing rubbish AND will be charging for their services!

Army Logistics, is planning and removing equipment etc, who will pay them. It will obviously be the tax payer.

Sheila. It will not come from the defence budget but be charged to Birmingham Ratepayers.

The strike by bin workers in Birmingham is set to continue after the latest pay offer by the city council was "overwhelmingly" rejected.
