A little bit of maths for you to try, use your calculator if you need to.
It's in two parts.
Work out your answer in this thread, then post it the thread above ( the one titled "Answer"). Don't read other entries until you have entered your answer.
OK, lets go.
Write down a three figure number eg 856 Now reverse the number (658) Subtract the smaller number from the larger number. =198
Reverse this number to 891 then add the two together.
You will have noticed that after selecting the three digits, then reversing them, then subtracting the smaller number from the larger - the middle digit is always 9. The two outer digets always add up to 9. Magic. Good fun with numbers Lynn.
