Joan & I have watched all 4 x half hour documentary programmes called 'The Assembly' on ITV 3 & could watch it all again as it's brilliant & very funny.
Give it a try & you will understand why we loved it.
Well worth watching one of them just to show you that I'm not exaggerating.
I hope they intend more episodes in future.

You will see a different Gary Lineker on here Liz.
He admits how lucky he has been in life which was nice to hear. I have a different estimation of him after seeing him on this programme. Go on give it a try

If not, look it up on catchup as there is another 3 progs.

David Tennant was on aswell as Shields girl Jay a member of Little Mix.
Danny Dyer was on but he swears a lot.

Sorry Norman but none of those appeal to me, maybe I am just difficult to please, we all like something different, if we all liked the same thing what a boring world it would be, thanks for trying.

As with many others, I learned to dislike Gary Lineker because of his previous political pontifications. However, I have watched this show and found it very difficult to keep a stiff upper lip. Not for once during the episode did I doubt Linekers sincerity. He was put under tremendous stress and dealt with those wonderful youngsters in a way that was honest and simply tearful. Judge only what you see here and not as I very nearly did, which was to condemn the show without the knowledge to do so.

George, you are probably right but I can’t stand Danny Dyer he is such an odious person, I don’t like David Tennant either so I think I would be wasting my time, maybe I am missing a treat, who knows?

I think David Tennant, is a horrible little man. I always wonder why these people think they should listened to. “Acting” what an easy way to earn a living. Their gatherings to pat each other on the back are so boring. I remember reading years ago, a famous American actor said, “ it Beats working for a living “.

Norman I tried to bring the Link up but it is not available in Canada. I admire people who take time to understand and help those with Autism and other learning difficulties, they have tremendous strength and give great support to these youngsters who struggle with so much in their lives.

'The Assembly' is on Youtube so you might be able to watch it on there. Click the LINK to see if you can watch the Danny Dyer one. He swears a lot but it is still worth watching. I never liked him much until I saw this & have a different opinion on him now haha
