The domestic science room photo brings back memories of the first couple of domestic science lessons we were taught how to scrub those tables, I remember the lessons well, they are probably the same tables from the time I was there!!!

I remember my first domestic science lesson there. The teacher had brought in her husband's used handkerchiefs and had them steeping in a basin. It was our job to wash them out and launder them. Can you imagine!

Only thing in my school years at clegwell I came first was domestic science.
