Looks like the Authority haven’t changed over the years, vote Labour and that is what you get !

Just what I thought Mac.
Nothing has changed and they will still get voted in at the next election.
As Ive said before, the Man who did the most for our area was Sir John Jarvis a Surry MP who had seen those poor Jarrow Marchers, had heard how bad life was up here so he decided to help. Sir John was a Tory, but that didnt change how we voted up here in later years did it?
The saying up here is 'We'd vote for a Monkey, aslong as its a Labour one'

I fail to understand how and why people still vote Labour after the damage they have done to the Country and the Elderly !
