This expenditure is absolutely ridiculous, no wonder the NHS are supposedly short on funds.

And then that person/he/she/ or however they "self identify" should be SACKED

And THAT would save the NHS a few bob !!

You read this sort of thing all the time. I agree with you both, but Malcolm I don’t believe anyone one ever gets sacked now. They are persuaded to resign with a large lump sum and extra if they lose their index linked pension.
