Yes Liz. The temporary judgement will be followed by a full hearing at 10.30 today.
Lets hope that the litigant prevails.

I wonder what kind of THANK You Starmer & his cronies got out of this Chagos Island deal
I really cant believe how this Starmer 'plonker' is getting away with everything.
Well not everything cos the young foreign men he's apparently been involved with soon fell out with him.
There is lots of talk about him on the Internet and thats one of the reasons he's done a U Turn, hoping he might get liked by us. NO CHANCE OF THAT THOUGH.

Not the outcome we wanted, more e Penske for us tax payers, it won’t end until the next Election and even then the mess will take forever to get sorted, if that will be possible.

So High Court Judge Martin Chamberlain says the sale can go ahead today. The same Judge said the Met Police acted unlawfully by banning Extinction Rebellion protests. One of Starmers Human Rights mates.

Why has Starmer raced to finalise the Chagos Island deal before any more appeals?
Did it mean he wasnt going to gain whatever he'd been promised???????????????
HOW can a Plonker like him do this major deal without getting the backing of Parliament?
He act like a Dictator tho a very soft 'wimpy one'.(I cant describe him properly or I might end up in court)
He needs to Look at what happened to some past dictators.

You couldnt rule our behind the scene conversations to get the result "they first though of".

The appeal was denied , also a pause was also denied. It appears the government can go ahead.

Over the last few months Starmer has been cosying up to Macron and Ursula Von thing thinking they were his best friends. They have now shafted him with this excellent??? deal. which was all that they were working towards and he fell for it. And we all lose out. He's too thick to realise it

Yes we are the losers, and we are supposed to be happy about it. The agreement of movement of young people up to the age of 30 is a joke. They talk of their young people coming here to go University. Think of the young Eastern Europeans, Romania etc al. It’s a sneaky way to get the nannies and cleaners in for Starmers neighbours and friends who have suffered losing their cheap Labour.
