I'm almost 87. I can remember taking the accumulator to the cobblers here in Hebburn to get it charged up so we could listen to the radio. Then we eventually went Up Market and got Rediffusion.

From me as I scroll through you'r list, and how long it is ,!! no surprise there. Indeed Louis Armstrong wraps it up nicely in the lyrics of his song " What a Wonderful World "
