If in the 1950s you went to the Dances at the Oxford, the Andrews, Jessie Ives, the Store Hall, the Ambulance Hall then this should take you back to those days.

What a great video, music like it should be played, no stupid screaming or words you can’t understand, music as music meant to be, happy days.

My o My. why pay top price as a member of a Gym when you can get the blood jumping around, sometimes for free, and, by the looks of that video happy doing it .
