Money rules and no doubt allows Chelski to buy up more foreign players within the so called rules.
This is a quite un-necessary tournament in pursuit of Mammon and takes no account of the toll on players who now have to begin training for the new season.
As a football man I have not watched even a minute of it not looked at any scores until I saw the paper this a.m.!

This competition, may resurrect the European Sper League again. It's all about money.The irony is PIF Newcastle owners are sponsoring this, so have given Chelsea over a 100 million in total for winning this.
