MP David Lammy (secretary of State) is one of Labour MPs top earners after he declared money coming in from many other sources. This makes him a very wealthy man and he is just 53. He is giving away UK Tax Payers money as if the UK was awash with money. He gave Syria over £90 million recently & has now gave Singapore £79 million. How can one man give OUR money to other countries and no one opposes him. His parents are from Guyana in Africa, so I wonder if he's donated to them yet? Does he get thanked personally for being so generous with tax payers money?

This money is apparently to help some green energy project in Singapore, is Lammy in the same Singapore that I have visited, Singapore is an extremely wealthy country why do we need to contribute such sums of money to them?

Norman, the Foreign Office has £9.500 million to distribute to third world countries this year. As much as I dislike the man (not very bright) he is the Foreign Secretary so I believe is advised by the Foreign Office, where the money goes. The Foreign Office has for many years been left wing.
