HOME SECRETARY Yvette Cooper wants to clamp down on the few foreign students claiming asylum. These students come to our Universities and are obviously very clever so could be assets to the UK.
i would have thought anyone with half a brain would have stopped the thousands & thousands of UNEDUCATED Invaders flooding ACROSS THE CHANNEL every week first.

She kept mentioning the tories failed rwanda plan which they blocked at every chance and the cost of the failed plan. However didnt mention her failed "stop the gangs " plan which has actually broke all records of illegal immigrants into the uk since they took office.

Just saw on National News that ALL FOREIGN Students have to return home after finishing University. NO wonder Yvette Cooper doesnt use her married name of Balls.
This means top class foreign Students have to get out of the UK whilst the Illegal Invaders can stay and live in Hotels.
Do the News people not bring up things like this when talking to Mrs Balls ?
She might not have thought of this

Norman, I’m sorry to say this , but for years foreign students use this route to stay in the Uk , usually when caught claim political asylum . A lot of them are allowed to bring husbands/ wives and children, but when their course is finished disappear, it’s been used for years.

What Sheila is saying is right, they claimed asylum whether they were in danger returning to their home or not.
Most bring their families, I saw it first hand as a school governors.

If a brilliant University graduate from Foreign lands wants to stay here then why not? they could be a great asset to the UK. They just need to be told that their family isn't included.
This is small scale immigration compared to thousands of Invaders flooding in every week without passports they deliberately binned

You could be right Norman, unfortunately it’s not the brilliant students foreign students that disappear with their families , it’s the ones who arrived as students and probable never finished their course.

Personally I think a person who comes to the UK should be given the Student Visa on the condition that they return to their own country once the course is finished, the only deviation to that should be in the event that war has been declared in their country. The student should also be told that unless war in their country has been declared under no circumstances will asylum be granted in the UK, at the end of the course home they go.
