Each small act of kindness Or altruistic love May leave a lasting imprint Earn a blessing from above
A word of praise that’s truly meant Accepted as a compliment Will linger in fond memory Like some sweet summer evening scent
So be not mean with accolades If merits well deserved And when some day they reminisce The glow you gave will be preserved
