As requested Bill, Ive changed the Header photo. Glad to help. The Newtown School opened 1873 and demolished 1981 so Fountains Park must have been created soon afterwards.

Went to school there, the one thing I remember most was getting new nibs for our pens, we used to break the ones we had so we could get a shiny new one ! Happy days.
