What is hanging about that shop window where the 2 girls are standing? Shop name maybe R. Brown

Is it a butchers shop for game to be hung outside. Rabbits? Seems far too many to be Rabbits so what’s hanging there?

The things inside the window hard to see but are they Reflections on the glass or what ?
