Newcastle United's ground as I remember it when me and my Hebburn mates went to the match 28 years later.

Same for me Norman. Except for the cars it was just like that in 54. My way in was via the gates at the Gallowgate end
Nostalgia I know but there was something special about the game before we were afflicted nationally by a bunch of prima donnas from across the world. Teams featured local lads who just wanted to play.
That said we are fairly lucky at NUFC to have some foreign lads who are proud to play for us........and others like "The Traitor" who.....nuff said!!

There was a question on a TV Quiz last week that asked 'Which football Club by the 1950s had won the FA Cup 6 times, but havent won it since?'
I knew the answer immediately

For those that dont know it was Newcastle Utd.

Newcastle have had some wonderful players, they have had really good players who thought they could do better elsewhere, it never worked out, it would seem the Traitor is not exactly having a good time at Liverpool, apparently he is not enamoured as to how Slot operates, wonder how long he, not Slot, will remain at Liverpool??
