The Manchester Attacker

So the Police confirm, the Manchester Attacker was an Islamist Terrorist. Why was he allowed to walk the Streets, why was he allowed to live near ordinary people. How many do we have and how many are we importing. The Police have a very difficult job.

I do think we should be given more information, we should know when this terrorist came to the UK, how did he arrive, did he have documents, how long has it been known that this was a ‘person of interest’ .

I found it sickening that the powers that be in Manchester allowed a Pro Palestine March to take place today so insensitive but, of course, we can’t upset certain people.

On the News tonight they said the Islamist attacker is Syrian and was brought up here in the UK and he has been a British citizen since 2006.

Yes it appears he came here with his family as a three year old. How sad they never assimilate. Sadly this is the country we have created for the next generation.

Apparently he came from Syria to the UK with his father, who is a doctor, I often wonder why these people are radicalised when they have been given an opportunity to live in Western society, thing is this is not the first time this has happened and, it most certainly will not be the last time, somewhere in the UK there are many nutters planning similar attacks, it will never end.

What blows my mind about people like this is that they come to the UK from these awful, totalitarian regimes and experience what life could be like - freedom, opportunity, education etc. Yet they STILL want to create an Islamist regime in the UK and have everyone be as miserable as they were in their home country.

Allegedly this attacker was on police bail for an alleged rape, also his father has posted some nasty comments on various media sites praising Hamas after the horrendous attack on Israel nearly 2 years ago. Nice family we let into the UK!!!

Linda in NZ. Linda how correct you are and how disgusting to see this happening. Jewish people have lived in this country for hundreds of years and always felt safe. This is all to do with the hundreds of thousands of Muslims who emigrated here after the war and problems in certain Arab countries . We never have any problem with the Jewish communities, but we read there are some no go areas where Muslim people live, it should not be allowed. It’s sad for the peaceful Muslim people.

I am not convinced by the family’s disavowal of his actions given that they named him JIHAD.

Like you Patrick I am definitely not convinced by the family’s statements, the Telegraph did the digging and came up with the postings on social media by the father following 7th October massacre committed by Hamas and other statements, I know people can change but in this instance I don’t think that is the case.

I would be the last person to defend them I just repeated what I read. His parents are divorced and his father lives in France, just information from the media again.

There are all kinds of stories in various newspapers relating to the family of the terrorist, I am sure that some journalists just love making up stories though. At the end of the day this guy was radicalised by whom we will probably never know, thing is there will be loads like him living within communities throughout the UK just waiting for their moment of glory, Governments of various colours have and still are inviting these people into our country, we have no say whatsoever about it.

The parents must have been Jihadists or supported Jihadists naming an innocent baby 'Jihad'. Meaning fight the enemies of Islam.
