Another old cabinet photo. Photographer was H.G. Hamilton, Ocean Road, South Shields. Photo dates circa WW1 era. Thought to be a Royal Engineer.

Could he be a policeman Peter?
I remember the Police in the late 40s with those kind of hats. Here is a pic of a Police Hat from then.
