Am I dreaming, or did I read a few days ago that our free TV licence is being reinstated in April next year??

There are no official announcements from the government or the BBC about a new policy to make free licences available to all pensioners aged 65 and over in April 2026, according to sources like Age UK and the UK Parliament.

Hi Rhoda, I think pensioners have to be on 'Pension Credits' to get a free TV Licence.
