I have a couple in half-barrels, sort of 5 foot Bonsai versions!

Not my work, the previous owner had a "Japanese" fixation....

Love the colours in autumn!

Thank you Peter, it’s nice to see Hebburn Park is still being looked after, as it had seemed to be a bit neglected in the recent past. I always remember it with all the beautiful flower beds planted every year.

I also remember when the park had its own team of gardeners and every flowerbed was planted and looked after. Nowadays it's only the parks in South Shields that are well looked after.

Lovely photo, it is nice to know that some parks are being looked after, I always feel sad whenever I drive past the park in Felling as it looks so neglected now, once upon a time the flower beds were really a sight to behold.
