Poppys

I have noticed that on tv the presenters are all wearing their poppies on their left lapel including the females.
When did etiquette change from left for the male and right for the females

Carol, i think it is an acceptable thing that you can wear your poppy, with pride, on either shoulder, the important thing is wearing a proper poppy.

As long as people buy and wear one. I always watch the service at the Cenotaph in London on TV. I’m always tearful at the men and women proudly marching with their medals. Are any left from WW2.

I have yet to see any poppy sellers in Liverpool. Usually in the supermarket entrances. I don't like missing them.

I have seen quite a few sitting within supermarkets, I think this Saturday is the big day for buying poppys.
