Did you or the family attend St Johns, Hebburn in the 1950s?

I have a panaromic type photo taken of the people who went to St John's in the 1950s.
As its too long for the screen I've halved it so we can get in close & maybe get some names.
I have some name dotted around already eg Gail Turnbull,George & Margaret Graves,Val Waters, Ann Graves, Peter Graves & cousin little Peter Graves,,Brenda Walton, Ann & Libby Grayson, possibly Ann Plank.

Norman,
Top photo, is that tall guy in the middle on the back row in a light jacket Gail Turnbull?

He was a friend of my Dad's.

I think he lived on the corner of Tharsis Road and Victoria Road West, opposite what was Dougie Ward's Ford garage.

Ray is corect about Gail Turnbull, though in the 50's he would have been living in St Rollox St. The gent at far right in top photo is, I think, Selby Tuff - superintendant of the Sunday School.

I remember in the 1950’s, a Marion Turnbull lived in a house side in Tharsis Road and front on Garden Drive

The couple on the left hand side with glasses is Sammy and Peggy Barnshaw he was my mother’s uncle they were caretakers of the church. They had a daughter audrey and a son Ronald and George. George died very young in his twenty’s audrey died a few years ago.

Sad to hear Audrey died a few years ago. I remember her from Reyrolles , a lovely pleasant and kind girl.

First photo - front row third from left could be Ann Carson. Vicar is Cameron. Second picture ist on row one may be Linda careless.
