The Board is a bit slow

I think this Forum is 'acting up a bit' being slow to do things. My friend in Oz couldnt access it for 2 days so I contacted Boardhost who provides the service for me. Here below is there reply.

Over the last few days I have found it is taking ages to access the Board, in some cases time just runs out.

It's better this evening but still not great, it just kept timing out no matter what we tried to connect with this morning

I experienced exactly the same Brian. Even closed down and restarted a couple of times without success. Eventually I removed an enormous amount of cache and all was well again. However, I feel that my fix may just have been coincidence.

My system is still functioning normally after four days of removing history each evening/morning. Perhaps removing PC history is worth a try if you have continuing problems. You can always be selective of what you choose to remove if necessary.
