Can anyone remember the 2 big gondola shuggy baskets you could climb in? They were once owned by the tea man himself Mr. Lipton. He owned 2 sea going yachts and raced them, named Shamrock and Columbia. After he bought the fairground 2 rides ne named them the same because in steam world they are known as steam yachts and powered by a traction engine built around 1912, probably a Fowler or Burrell 5hp.! I recall they were sold for £33,000 but still operate today hopefully!.
