True words. I live in an adult community and have seen neighbors pass away. Their next of kin are usually left in a pickle as they don't know what finances, utility bills, insurance etc that they have to deal with. I suggest that you keep a list of all your dealings and let the next of kin know where you keep the list. Even though they grieve they will be thankful that you did that.
