St. Paul's Road and Dee Street

The junction of St. Paul's Road and Dee Street Jarrow in August 1961. The area would be demolished not long after this photo was taken to make way for the Tyne Tunnel.

I lived in Howard Street before the houses were pulled down and at the bottom of the street to the left was little Dee Street
