Refuse to grow old
Or be shackled by years
Grey hairs in a mirror
Are no cause for tears
Each day is a a bonus
Every month is a gift
Another year is a blessing
Give depression short shrift

Life is for living
Reach out and grab it !
Never retreat
Get out of the habit
Express your emotions
Engage with your peers
Enjoy every moment
As you dance down the years
