I walked over to the local church for the celebration of Shrove Tuesday. There was lots of barbecuing going on and I got a sausage in a pancake. Very tasty. What's more they gave me sausages for the dogs. We could choose sweet or savoury pancakes! We all just sat around outside and chatted.

Ann, I heard in the news yesterday that ‘young’ people are afraid to toss the pancakes!!! The mind boggles it really does.

WE did Ann.
My wife prepared (not shop bought) 3 each which we ate for dessert.
I am truly a lucky man.

Good to see our beloved PM using his time to our benefit. AND look at the pancakes horrible, thick and shop bought!!
