Three letters for sane appointment same date same time same hospital, nothing in the scale of things but.??????? .

Lately I've been getting two letters for the same appointment. No wonder the NHS has got no money.

Even the paper quality is rubbish! A lot of plastic that you cant write on with a pen. Well Joseph and Thomas, I sympathise with you because people today are not as well trained as was years ago and even when trained rely on electronics.

Me too Brian, for many years now, but you will be aware that different NHS Trusts still (to my astonishment)do not seem to use email to set appointments and use of the NHS app is hitty-missy.
In fact some departments within my local NHS trust do not use email while their colleagues do.

I have the NHS app, I can receive reminders about appointments, I can order repeat prescriptions, if needs be I can use the app to contact the surgery with symptoms I then receive a message back advising that I will receive a call from the surgery. I receive alerts from the GP Surgery advising me what vaccinations I can receive, I can’t, however, make appointments so still have to go through the annoying process of ringing the surgery, I do also receive text messages regarding appointments. Better than nothing I guess.
