Meningitis in Kent & also in France

I dont think the Government will admit this because we've wanted the rubber boats from France stopped for years & they havent done it. I wouldnt be surprised to find that Illegal Invaders coming over the Channel brought Meningitis over?? France has an outbreak but they are saying its linked to Kent just 20 miles across the Channel. Should it not be the other way round & our outbreak is linked to the French outbreak? I have just read that is a High Risk 'Meningitis Belt' in sub Saharan Africa where contracting the disease is Very High.
