BLOOD BIKES

This coming Thursday, Hebburn Family History Group are having a visit from a member of the Blood Bikes when we a giving them our donation collection for the year. If anyone would like to join us in Hebburn library and hopefully give a donation you would be very welcome to join us. There will probably be items to buy as well I would think. This is an amazing cause. Worth Googling.

Those 'Blood Bikers' are volunteer Motorcyclists who rush emergency supplies of badly needed blood (and breast milk for new born babies)to various Hospitals and they all deserve awards.
