Can anyone access Scottish ancestry records ?

I have a lot of my Dunn family history already, but just been asked a question by a cousin & I don't have an answer.So I thought one of our amateur genealogists might help.

My great uncle Alexander Nicol Dunn b1885 in Old Kilpatrick married Martha McCallum from the Isle of Arran in Old Kilpatrick, Dumbartonshire, Scotland July 1st 1910'.I was asked did they have any children because he went off to WW1 in 1914.

Hello Norman Yes you can access scottish records but there is a fee.
My experience with the Scots records are the best out of all my genealogy sites, there information on birth/marriage certificates is excellent. They are very detailed

Apparently you have to identify yourself as human to gain access to the site. This involves identifying all the squares that contain an image of a campervan, very difficult!
