Was Fred Muddit a Reyrolles photographer? Any relation to Cyril Muddit?

No not Reyrolles, he was a policeman and then became a police photographer. When he left the police he became a freelance photographer.

He must have had an interesting life/career. I wonder where a lot of his work is now.
