Good dog! They are so loyal to us. Some people don't deserve that loyalty! When were ebikes and scooters banned from roads in UK, and where can they be ridden legally now? I agree something needed to be done, I was knocked over by a scooter on the pavement in NZ, and we haven't done anything about their use yet.
