The Towers, Westoe Village

I may have posted about this a while back, apologies if it is a repeat!

Does anyone have any memories or photos of the Towers in Westoe?

I remember my mam telling me about the tea dances that the Apostleship of the Sea / Stella Maris used to have there. She said that 1s got you admission to the dance and a cup of tea. Apparently they were pretty popular.

I'm interested in the history because if it wasn't for the Towers, I wouldn't be here - that's where she met my dad, who was a ship's engineer! 😉

I sent these 2 photos plus an article about Westoe Towers via email to AJG yesterday.
