The oils you use and the type of butter are your preference. I particularly enjoy coconut oil and Irish salted butter.
1/4 cup popping corn
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. coconut oil
3 tbsp. salted butter
2 tbsp. honey
Add oils, butter and honey to a small sauce pan.
Warm on stove, stirring as they combine. Pop the corn on stove top or use an electric popper. Dump popped corn into a serving bowl. Slowly drizzle oil/butter/honey mixture over the popcorn. Serve immediately.
