turnip greens
french cut green beans
ground turkey meat
eggs
pepper
This is a very simple and fast concotion for a healthy, active eater. Any number of variations can be played out with this basic recipe and with good success.
Note: Pour out excess fat or liquid, if desired.
Defrost the green beans and turnip greens in the microwave. Pan fry the turkey until it's brown.
Combine greens and turkey.
Add pepper to taste.
Toss in enough eggs to "bind" the mixture, stirring gently so as to "chunk" the mixture for convenient platter servings.
