Works with all brands of air fryers.
1 lb. chicken tenders
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt (or seasoned salt)
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 cups Panko bread crumbs
1 tsp. smoked paprika
In a medium bowl, combine all seasonings with flour.
Dredge the chicken in the seasoned flour and dip the chicken into the egg.
Coat chicken well with bread crumbs. Arrange chicken in the air fryer.
Air fry on high (390°F) for 15 minutes; decrease the cooking temperature to 370°F to continue cooking until center of chicken reaches 160°F.
Serve.
