1 large can crushed pineapple (not sweetened)
1 large box peach OR apricot Jello
2 c. buttermilk
1 large container of Cool Whip
Dissolve 1st two ingredients over heat. Pour buttermilk into this and put in refrigerator until it begins to set. Then add Cool Whip and mix.
Makes a large salad and keeps well.
