1 pkg. 8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup Peach or Apricot Preserves1 1/2 cup Frozen Whipped Topping, thawed
1 9 inch Graham Cracker Crust
1 can 15 1/2 oz. Sliced Cling Peaches, drained
1 can 15 1/2 oz. Sliced Pears, drained
Mix cream cheese and preserves in bowl. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into pie crust. Arrange fruit attractively on top.
Chill 2 hours or overnight.
Garnish with additional whipped topping and mint sprigs, if desired.
