2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. plain flour
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Mix butter and sugar until smooth. Add beaten eggs. Mix in flour, cocoa, nuts and vanilla. Pour in greased and floured 11 x 14 inch pan. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
