EVERY SCIENCE must withstand attacks from without. Each field of STEM interacts with all the rest. They are NOT compartments, but constitute an organic whole. Rejection of criticism from those outside of a field shows total ignorance of how Science works. It is exactly what is to be expected from a doctrinaire political fanatic.
