you are fortunate to have what appears to be pretty straight-forward. but what about when it's not? When you have to get or give information to handle an issue? For example. I got a letter from SS regarding Medicaid. I got another from the state, and another yet from insurance. THEY WERE ALL DIFFERENT and I am sure you know there are time limits to fix errors (typically weeks). So, first you have to ask each agency what they need. Then you need to provide each agency with the other agency's determination. Then you have to wait for them to get their shit together. I can't tell you how many times I've had to instruct someone on the law or protocols. This is unacceptable. I do not get paid to do their job
