One thing that disturbs me about me when crime is happening is how people respond.

The number of people who record the crime on their phones but nothing else. For some it becomes entertainment, but nothing done to end the crime, or even to contact the police. We the public could do a lot more. We need to make it far more dangerous to commit a crime in public.

Each of us have something we can do, though it may vary according to what is possible.

I am very limited, hobbling along with my walker. One thing I am very good at is falling. If a criminal was running by me, I might be able to fall tripping the person, tough I admit it would be scary. But certainly I can report the crime on the phone, and sometimes for smaller crimes I C\can speak up, as I did when someone was harassing a bus driver, stating the fact that our lives as passengers depended on the driver not being distracted.

Obviously, it depends on what each of us is capable of. Think what you can do
